Trophy to the overall female and male runners.
Awards for the top three male and female in each of the following age categories:
12 and under; 13 -20; 21-30; 31-40; 41-50; 51-60; 61 and above

There will be door prizes and light refreshments before and after the race.

4-Miler Run/Walk Registration

Pre-register for $20 (includes T-shirt)
Registration after June 1 is $25 (T-shirt not guaranteed).
1st 20 entries receive weekend pass to the Rhythm & Foods Festival

Fun Boot Camp Challenge Registration
Mail-in or race-day registration only.
Pre-register 4 person team for $50.
Registration on race-day for 4 person team is $60.
Squats, relays, leap frog, and more! Great as a corporate challenge or friendly rivalry!
