Monument Square District is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization in downtown Urbana, Ohio supported exclusively by community volunteers. Our mission is to champion the development of an economically, socially, and culturally vital central business district, enhancing the quality of life of the city.
We are grateful for all our volunteers who graciously donate their time and resources to give back to the community.
Our income comes from annual events held throughout the year (unless cancelled like most of our events were in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. All donations are tax deductible. Currently, we are accepting donations for 3 different causes: Downtown Beautification, Downtown Restrooms, and our annual Holiday Horse Parade.
