Holiday Horse Parade Sponsorship
Unfortunately, in 2020 we had to drastically cut back on our holiday events due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We were able to provide the local community with a few additional local vendors, food trucks, holiday music and the traditional lighting of tree(s) in Legacy Park on Black Friday, along with Jolly Old Saint Nick waving from the windows of Oxner’s General Store.
In 2021 we expect to bring back our all-day festivities in downtown Urbana on Black Friday, November 26, 2021. Food trucks, street vendors, a DJ playing holiday music, carriage rides later in the afternoon, strolling carolers, tree lighting, the lighted horse parade and finally Santa visits Oxner’s General Store.
We are asking for sponsors in helping to make this year a big success. The following are suggested levels of sponsorship:
Festivities Sponsor: $300.00= signage at all locations, on the carriage and trolley, with the DJ, in Legacy Park (trees, lighting and greenery) and Santa Land (goodie bags for kids).
Holiday Sponsor: $150.00 = signage with the DJ, Legacy Park (trees, lighting and greenery) and Santa Land (goodie bag for kids).
Tis the Season Sponsor: $100.00 = signage in Legacy Park (trees, lighting and greenery) and Santa Land (goodie bag for kids).
Jolly Sponsor: $50.00 = signage and goodie bags for kids
